Registration Form for the National Consultation on Catholic Education 2025
Date: 17th – 19th November 2025 (3 Days)
Venue: Don Bosco Okhla, New Delhi -110025, India
Organized by the CBCI Office for Education and Culture (CBCI OEC)
1. The registration for National Consultation will commence from 16th September 2025 and will be closed on 31st October, 2025.
2. Accommodation will be arranged from 17th November afternoon to 19th November evening 2025. For those who wish to stay on 19th November night, you are welcome. But please inform us earliest. Guests arriving prior to or departing after the specified dates are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements.
3. For the Receipts, you will receive an online payment confirmation receipt after the registration from the portal.
4. The room price quoted is for one individual staying in the room on a shared basis for two nights, i.e., 17th and 18th night.
5. The Delegates must register separately from their respective Diocese/Congregation/Region, while also clearly mentioning their designation.
6. The delegates must make sure that they receive the confirmation letter for their registration from the CBCI OEC National Office prior to the National Consultation, 2025.
7. We request only the following people to participate in this National Consultation:
- Bishop in charge at the regional level Education Commission
- Regional Education Secretary
- National Executive Body of AINACS, Xavier Board/AICUF
- National Coordinator for Education of Religious Congregation
- Provincial Coordinators of education
- Diocesan Education Secretary
- Principals who represent their diocese or province
8. Transportation is not arranged for the delegates from the place of arrival point (like the Airport or Railway station) and back to the place of departure point. Kindly make your own arrangements for travel from the point of arrival and to the point of departure.
9. If the payment procedure is incomplete or pending, the registration will be considered invalid. Therefore, please ensure that your payment has been confirmed with a receipt. If not, please contact the CBCI OEC National Office:

10. If you are paying for another person through UPI by using QR code, please send the name and designation of the person for whom you are paying as well as share your phone number so that it is easier to identify.
